After the Office GSSuBiH sent an application to Geneva , we recived a positive response by the ICAR .
The working group of this prominent international association has positively assessed our application and GSSuBiH has been accepted as candidate for membership in the ICAR . Next in line is evaluation of our application by the Executive board which will, hopefully , also be positive. The process of entering ICAR ends at the ICAR Convention which is being held in Ireland , in October, where GSSuBiH will have the opportunity to present its work through the power-point presentation .
Delegation of instructors and instructor candidates of GSSuBiH will visit this, in the circles of alpine rescue across the world , important event. Convention will be attended by all members of the ICAR and new techniques and procedures in mountain rescue will be presented .
Nakon aplikacije koju je ured GSSuBiH poslao u Ženevu, stigao je pozitivan odgovor od strane ICAR-a.
Naime, radna grupa ove ugledne međunarodne asocijacije je pozitivno ocjenila našu aplikaciju i prihvatila GSSuBiH kao kandidata za članstvo u ICAR-u. Na redu je Izvršni odbor koji će ocijeniti našu aplikaciju, nadamo se, također pozitivno, 
a zatim se proces okončava na kongresu ICAR-a koji se ove godine održava u Irskoj, u 10.mjesecu, gdje će GSSuBiH imati priliku da prezentira svoj rad kroz power-point prezentaciju.
Delegacija instruktora i instruktorskih kandidata GSSuBiH će pohoditi ovaj značajan događaj u svijetu spašavanja na kojem će sudjelovati sve članice ICAR-a i na kojem će biti prezentirane novine u tehnikama i procedurama gorskog spašavanja.
